HCW Hats in the Garden Flyer
HCW Auction and Tea Registration Form
2020 Auction and Tea Sponsor Contract
Hats in the Garden Tea and Auction is going virtual this year.
Today we invite you to participate in a special way at an event to support our new free primary care medical clinic and our ongoing pregnancy care programs. Our demographic (17-24-year old’s) is 10.9% of the Fallbrook population. They have the greatest risk for unplanned pregnancy, unhealthy relationships, the lack of education and children at home adding additional stress to their lives. It’s important for clients to see clearly their hopes and dreams and understand how today’s decisions affect them. Our fundraising goal of $40,000 for this year’s Hat’s in the Garden Auction allows us to purchase needed resources for free testing for pregnancy and ultrasounds and support resources for moms in our programs. As of July 31, 2020, upon receipt of our clinic license these services are now offered free in house at HCW.
On October 10, 2020 HCW will host Hats in the Garden Tea and Auction – online this year due to COVID-19. To make this year’s Hats in the Garden Auction one to remember, our auction committee asks that you consider donating any variety of items for the auction such as; gift packages, gift certificates, original art or crafts, skin care products, services (such as haircuts, massages, overnight stays at hotels, toys, books, men’s items, children’s activity baskets, etc. Donors to the auction receive recognition in our social media (Facebook, Twitter, our website, and e-newsletter) and at the event. Sponsorship and in-kind gifts for the event are greatly appreciated and provide a firm foundation for the success of the event.
Due to COVID-19, to accommodate our hostesses inviting up to 8 guests, we will provide a “Party in a Box” to host an outdoor patio party or to have their guests enjoy the event from the comfort of their own homes. Guests may bid on auction items from their phones, iPads, laptops or PCs. Upon registration, we provide the link that takes all our guests to the event hosted on our website.
PHONE: 760.728.4105 EXT 10
Items may be dropped off by appointment at 125 E Hawthorne St until the end of September 2020. If you're interested in volunteering for this event; many hands will be needed.
